- **Ammendments 27 Jun 17- Combo ammended to extend response date to cure discrepency. Small business set-aside is also hereby resolved. To provide all equipment, tools, materials, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to collect, transport and dispose of infectious medical waste from Barksdale AFB Main Clinic, Dental Clinic and Veterinary Clinic to a medical waste treatment facility licensed under state law. Contractor will treat the infectious waste and render it non-infectious in accordance with (IAW) State and Federal law.
