- Request for Quote (RFQ) - Cluster Fly Spraying at CRREL This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E5-17-Q-0001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710, which has a size standard of $11.0 million dollars. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for cluster fly spraying on the exterior of various buildings. Please reference the attached RFQ for the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks as described in the PWS. Basis of Award - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable; To be determined technically acceptable, the offeror's quote must include the following: 1. Current copy of State of New Hampshire license/registration for the Contractor (Company) as commercial applicators. 2. Current copies of State of New Hampshire commercial pesticide applicators licenses for all contractor personnel who will be performing this service on the USACRREL site including a supervisory level license for the designated site supervisor. 3. Submit evidence in the form of references and/or company licensing of at least 5 years of the Contractor (company) doing these services in the State of New Hampshire. 4. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and manufacturer's information for all products/materials to be used on site. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The period of performance is September 15, 2017 through October 10, 2017. Services are to be performed on weekends during the period of performance. Payment shall be Net 30.
