Description

Appendix E Appendix C Appendix G Appendix D Statement of Work Appendix B Appendix F Design-Build requirement for the relocation of an electrical line at building 8410 on JBSA-Lackland. This project is 100% set-aside for WOSB Small Businesses. NAICS: 236220. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Construction Wage Rate Requirement, formerly known as Davis-Bacon Act, is strictly enforced; General Decision Number: TX170280 (06/02/2017). INSTRUCTIONS: Offeror shall complete the following SF 1442 Sections as part of the offer: Section A. Provide fill-in for the following SF 1442 Blocks: 14, 15, 16 (if different than block 14) 17, 20a, 20b, 20c, and block 19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442 block 20b.Section B. Provide Unit Price and Net Amount for all CLINS. Section I. Complete appropriate certifications in clauses. Section K. Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications. PROPOSAL: Offeror shall submit 1 copy of a detailed cost proposal package in accordance with RS Means (4Clicks) and any supporting documentation.
