- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Bulk Oxygen and Tank Rental Services at Bath VAMC under an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract (IDC). The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ solicitation for this requirement on or about June 20, 2017, and posting to FBO.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
