Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The Community Living Center (CLC) has a requirement to purchase countertop commercial refrigerators to be utilized by Nutrition and Food Services within units. This equipment is used for storage and maintenance of proper temperatures of food items served to patients within the CLC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number: VA256-17-Q-0882. (The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. (This solicitation is being issued as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 339112. The small business size standard is 1000 Employees. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Contractor shall provide countertop commercial refrigerators in support of the Community Living Center (CLC) at the Michael E.
