- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Memorandum for Simplified Acquisition (<$150K) Sole or Limited Source Military Sealift Command intends to issue a firm fixed price award to Fairlead Ingegrated Power as the OEM for the monitoring system on USNS SUPPLY per the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.The OEM will provide grooming services as well as spare parts identified in the statement or work. The spare parts will be brought to the ship at the time servie is provided. The OEM will provide a quote that identifies labor, travel, per diem, and spare parts pricing.
