- The Agreement The Solicitation Wage Determination Statement of Work SF18 Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing building automation system (BAS) front end with a Niagara N4 solution in accordance with contract specifications. A complete scope of work is attached. Please submit a detailed price breakout with the quote that should include, but not be limited to, if applicable, the estimated labor hours and wage rate, material cost, equipment cost, overhead and profit rate, and subcontractor fee. All work is to be performed at the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building, 1616 Capitol Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The current wage determination rates are attached. Offers to be valid for 60 days. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 24, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. located in the GSA Office 190 at the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building, 1616 Capitol Avenue, Omaha, NE 68102.
