Amendment 0003 6/16/2017: Amendment 0003 is issued to cancel Solicitation DTFAAC-17-R-00123, Rev 1 in its entirety. --------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0002 6/6/2017: Amendment 0002 is issued to revise the Solicitation to make to make corrections to the fill in(s) for Clause 3.13-1. SIR DTFAAC-17-R-00123, is hereby removed and replaced with attached SIR DTFAAC-17-R-00123, Rev 1. The closing date of the Solicitation remains unchanged at June 23, 2017, 5:00 pm CT. -------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 06/02/2017: Amendment 0001 is issued as follows: I. Section 2.2 of the SOW is modified to revise the required number of years for the industry experience from 10 years to 5 years. II. Remove attachment Statement of Work, dated 05/08/2017 and replace with attached Statement of Work, dated 06/02/2017. The closing date of the Solicitation remains unchanged at June 23, 2017, 5:00 pm. CT. --------------------------------------------------------------- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for 8 Various Air Carrier Aircraft System Maintenance Familiarization Training for employee's of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with two, 1-year option periods. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Sherrie Files, Contracting Officer (AAQ-812), via e-mail at sherrie.files@faa.gov. Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at, sherrie.files@faa.gov by 5:00 p.m. CST on June 9, 2017 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time. Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CST, June 23, 2017. Must be submitted electronically to sherrie.files@faa.gov. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, June 23, 2017, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. The SIR/RFO is not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
