- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of the following repairable asset: NOM: CYLINDER HEAD,DIESE NSN: 7HH 2815 015471938 P/N: PA12652758 QTY: 63 EA The asset to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement is set forth by manufacturer s part number and constitutes Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the repair needs of this forthcoming procurement. In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to Nicholas.giustra@navy.mil no later than 116 June 2017 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair 3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 4) Is your company seeking to repair the P/N(s) in #2 as a Commercial Item or Non-developmental Item? a) What is the CI or NDI repair part that will satisfy these requirements? 5) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in #2 but your company is not the OEM? a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs. 6) Is your company a Small Business?
