This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334419, with a small business size standard of 750. 1EA Mail Processor Machine BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO Pitney Bowes Sendpro P2000 with 30LB weigh machine Please see the attached (salient characteristics) word document for further information for "brand name or equal to" requirements.
