- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Rhode Island City: Warwick Delineated Area: City Limits of Warwick, Johnston, Providence, Pawtucket, and Cranston Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,579 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,579 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 130 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 130 onsite parking spaces (Parking garage/area shall be in the building or connected or adjacent to the building. The parking garage/area must be secure and lighted.) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Additional Requirements: • A sally port/garage is required • Offered space and parking should be accessible 24/7 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
