- Description
- T his effort is for depot level repair services of the Radio Frequency Line Replaceable Units (RF) (LRUs) and many of their underlying Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) that are parts of the AN/APQ-170 Multi- Mode Radar (MMR) for the MC-130H Combat Talon II. The scope of repair required is to ensure a serviceable end item(s) that shall be determined by inspection, test bench check, and required disassembly, and that shall conform to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) data and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance will be at F.O.B. Origin. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. Routine Delivery: 60 calendar days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP is 30 work days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and the contractor. This effort is a Firm Fixed Price that will extend over a period of five years; with a basic and one year ordering periods. This is a sole source requirement to DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc., 201 Evans Lane, St Louis, MO 63121 Cage Code: 98255. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
