- SOLICITATION No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AVN-AHA, Carmen Smith, Contract Specialist, via email carmen.smith@dla.mil or facsimile 256-876-6628. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. THIS REQUIREMENT WAS PREVISOUSLY SYNOPSIZED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER SPRRA1-16-R- 0356. PRON: AX6F6387AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 275 each up to 1500 each maximum of an PISTON ASSY, SHOCK S; NSN: 1620-01-421-1438; Part Number: 70250-13167-042 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 275 each, 585 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 275 each, 390 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do Not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
