Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22, VA Loma Linda Health Care System (VALLHCS), located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source. iMedRIS has sole proprietary rights for servicing the iRIS Enterprise Software, in Loma Linda. The NAICS Code is 541512 and the size standard is $27.5 M. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide servicing the Iris Enterprise Software, in Loma Linda. Responses must be received no later than 2:00 pm (PST) on June 23, 2017. All responses must be e-mailed to lynn.williams6@va.gov.
