- 100 MILE RADIUS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This annoucement consitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DJM-17A32-Q-DUR01 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Feeral Acquisition Circular 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the Quoter to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov/far. The NAICS code for this requirement is 441310 (Automotive Parts and Accessories Stores) and the Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 million. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Judicial Security Division requesst responses from qualified sources located within 100 miles of Washington, D.C. (see attachment titled 100 Mile Radius) capable of Outfitting (22) 2017 Dodge Durango SXT (AWD, 5 Passenger Seating) vehicles according to the specifications contained in the Description of Requirement.
