- Amendment 0003 Amendment 0003 on Solicitation SPRBL1-17-R-0020 is being issued to answer a qusetion to the solicitation. Amendment 0002 on Solicitation SPRBL1-17-R-0020 is being issued to extend the proposal due date from June 19, 2017 to June 30, 2017. Amendment 0001 on Solicitation SPRBL1-17-R-0020 is being issued to extend the proposal due date from May 29, 2017 to June 19, 2017. This soliciation is a follow-up to the pre-solicitation released on April 10th, 2017 with a response deadline of April 24th, 2017. Solicitation SPRBL1-17-R-0020 is being issuing as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a three (3) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinitely-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with an estimated maximum contract value of $3,467,375.41. The subject requirement is unrestricted. The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of a Traveling Wave Tube, NSN: 5960-01-349-5380, P/N: SM-D-800074. The Government is not in possession of a complete Technical Data Package for this item. Release of the source control drawing is subject to a verification of the Joint Certification Program through the interested parties CAGE. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $10,000. FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, will apply to this acquisition. NSNs 5960-01-323-6432 and 5960-01-089-3554 have been found to be interchangeable with NSN 5960-01-349-5380.
