- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division has a requirement for the procurement of (1 ea) Portable Air Defense System (PADS) B-Lite Spares Kit. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR.302-1 for this procurement action. The Government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Space Coast Intelligent Solutions due to proprietary data associated with the PADS B-Lite Spares Kit.
