- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 intends to conduct a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside to establish a single awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Telephone Lifestyle Coaching services for the VHA National Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention on or about June 16th, 2017. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, August 1, 2013. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 624190 Other Individual and Family Services and the size standard is $11.0 million in sales. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any company that feels they can provide the services that meet the needs of the Government must submit their proposal. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. Please read the instructions in the RFP on how to submit a proposal.
