- Air Force Test Center, Installation Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion to NuVasive INC, Cage: 1YD55, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. CLIN 0001 : Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339112, small business size standard: 1,000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received by 22 June 2017 by 01:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received by 22 June 2017 by 01:00 P.M. Central Standard Time will be considered by the government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to noel.niccum.1@us.af.mil concerning this acquisition.
