- Description
- The 911th Airlift Wing, Pittsburgh IAP ARS, Coraopolis, PA 15108 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), using the Best Value source selection procedure, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) techniques to make a single award. This is a firm fixed-price contract to provide for all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to Construct Addition to B312 for C-17 Part Storage, Project JLSS 17-0003. Work includes, Construct an addition to building 312 with reinforced concrete foundation, structural steel framing, EPDM Roof, brick masonry walls, wood siding, and sidewalk extension matching existing construction. Include radiant heating system, overhead door and frame, fire protection system and all necessary support for a complete and usable facility. Work to include demolition of current dumpster screen, trees and shrubs. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220. The applicable size standard is $36.5 million. Request for Proposal FA6712-17-R-0009 will be available o/a 16 May 2017. Proposal closing date will be o/a 22 June 2017. This action is being set-aside for competition restricted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms IAW FAR Subpart 19.14 and 52.219-27. Performance period is 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date with no obligation to the offeror by the government. Note: Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line using SAM. Offerors must be a certified SDVOSB firm at the time of the proposal closing date. The solicitation and associated plans and specifications will be available from the FBO website o/a 16 May 2017.
