- Solicitation Number - 1605DC-17-R-00010 Enterprise Wide Court Reporting, Transcription, and Stenography Services (CRTSS) Procurement Solicitation Number - 1605DC-17-R-00010 The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM) Office of Procurement Services (OPS) hereby issues Solicitation Number 1605DC-17-R-00010 for the procurement of Court Reporting, Transcription, and Stenography Services (CRTSS). The Government anticipates the award of an enterprise wide, multiple award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Court Reporting, Transcription, and Stenography Services (CRTSS) to support the National Office and all six (6) DOL Regional Offices. The Government anticipates the award of Hybrid BPA awards containing Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), and Cost Reimbursable Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The term of this enterprise wide multiple award BPA shall be for five (5), one (1) year Ordering Periods. This requirement is posted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561492-Court Reporting and Stenotype Services. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 561492 is $15 Million. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Please refer to Solicitation Number 1605DC-17-R-00010 for all instructions, conditions, notices, and general guidance related to this procurement. Contractors are expected to thoroughly review and comply with the attached solicitation. Failure to do so will be at the Contractor's own risk. Please note the following due dates related to Solicitation Number 1605DC-17-R-00010: 1. THE DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS CONCERNING THIS RFP is MONDAY, JUNE 26, 2017, 5:00 P.M. EST. 2. ALL PROPOSAL VOLUMES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GOVERNMENT BY 5:00 P.M. EST ON MONDAY, JULY 17, 2017. 3. The following document is attached in support of this Request for Proposal (RFP): A. Solicitation Number - 1605DC-17-R-00010 It is the ultimate responsibility of the Contractor to ensure delivery of their proposal and all related documents to the designated point of contact via e-mail on or before the closing date and time. The solicitation may be downloaded from the FedBizOpps website listed above. No paper copy / hard copy of the solicitation will be distributed. The evaluation Factors and their relative importance are stated in Solicitation Number 1605DC-17-R-00010. Issuance of the solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals.
