- SPM4A8-17-Q-0042 SPM4A8-17-Q-0042 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#17-50-2199: Procurement is for a DIGITAL OHMMETER. The contractor shall provide Digital Ohmmeter, IUID, and shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be for 100% small business set-aside. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 42 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
