- THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure (QTY: 1/EA) Automated Lodging Reservation System as a brand name or equal requirement. Under this requirement the contractor shall provide a PC and associated software that meets the following characteristics: Howard, Day & Associates Inc ALRS (Brand Name or Equal) -4 port analog turnkey lodging system solution which includes an interactive voice module coupled with software specific to automated reservation handling for the Air Force. -Allowing members to make, change, and cancel their reservations without the need for services assistance. The reservations are handled per site configured rules, such as least cost to most cost, senior only, junior only, etc. -The program allows all phone lines to be monitored simultaneously. One phone serves as the primary point of contact and rolls over to four additional lines when multiple callers are calling at the same time. -Faxing is done using USB modem with site configurable rules as to the number of retry attempts and interval between attempts. Fax log allows for quick research to determine when a site received a fax. -Database is backed up, automatically, daily. -Battery back-up is provided and is server grade. -Audit Log Access -Site options -Reports -Voice response software -Microsoft Access database The designated NAICS Code is 611420, Computer Training, with a size standard of $11M. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; the Government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice.
