- Q&A for M6890917Q7628 Amendment 04 to M6890917Q7628 The purpose of Amendment 04 is to: 1) add Small Business Subcontracting and Participation Plans to FAR Clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, 2) increase the Volume 1: Technical Quote page limit from 15 to 18 pages, 3) incorporate the Industry questions and Government answers, 4) add FAR Clauses 52.219-8 and 52.219-16 w ithin the FAR 52.212-5 clause, 5) add DPAP Class Deviation 2016-O0009 in lieu of both FAR 52.212-9 and DFARS 252.219-7003, and 6) extend the solicitation due date and time to 26 June 2017 at 02:00 PM Pacific Time. The deadline for questions was 02 June 2017. The Government does not intend to answer any additional questions.
