Description
Performance Work Statement, Revision 3, dated 06/16/2017 For the convenience of offerors, the conformed copy of the solicitation through Amendment 0003, dated 06/16/2017, is provided here Amendment 0003 to Solicitation N32205-17-R-3505 The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requests one Jones Act qualified; US flagged; Anchor Handling Towing and Supply (AHTS) vessel to support Fleet Towing, Diving and Salvage operations, submarine rescue, and training exercises. The vessel will operate out of the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek in Virginia Beach, Virginia, throughout the western Atlantic Ocean, and be required to pull into ports in accordance with mission requirements. Services shall be 24 hours a day support to include but not be limited to the following: •a. Launch and recovery of small craft (boats, ROV, UUV) and divers •b. Refueling small craft onboard •c. Logistical support (i.e. messing, berthing, communications, and physical training facilities, etc.) •d. At sea transfer of personnel and cargo alongside or astern in up to sea state 3 •e. Conduct DPO training for qualified, licensed government mariners Period of Performance: 365 days from date of vessel acceptance, with two (1) one year option years - Option Year 1 consisting of 365 days and Option Year 2 consisting of 366 days. The vessel must be available for tasking no less than 300 days per one year period of performance.
