- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to design construct, and correct the Legionella for the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Little Rock, AR and North Little Rock, AR. The project requires the contractor to be able to complete INSTALLATION OF (ANTI-SCALD DEVICES ) MIXING VALVES, ON PLUMBING FIXTURE WATER SUPPLIES AT THE LR AND NLR VA MEDICAL CENTERS. BLDG 170 AND JLM. REFERENCE PLAN DRAWINGS SHOWING WORK LOCATIONS AND DEVICE DESCRIPTIONS. DEVICES ARE TO BE INSTALLED AT SHOWERS, TUB SHOWERS, AND LAVATORIES WHERE SHOWN. ON DWGS. CLEANING-INSPECTION AND DISINFECTION OF TWO ELEVATED POTABLE WATER TANKS AT THE NLR VA MEDICAL CENTER. TANKS 87 (250K GAL), TANK 45(150K GAL). REMOVAL OF A 10000 GALLON GROUND FLOOR LEVEL WATER STORAGE TANK AT THE LR VA MEDICAL WITH ASSOCIATED PIPING, AND RELATED WORK INSTALLATION OF A REDUCED PRESSURE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY AT THE NLR WATER PUMPING STATION LOCATION AND ASSOCIATED WORK OF WATER CHLORINATION PIPING TO THE RPZ ASSEMBLY. INCLUDED IS BELOW GROUND PIPING WORK AND HEATED HOUSING FOR THE ABOVE GROUND PIPING AND DEVICES. This is an abbreviate Statement of Work and does not provide all elements of the requirement. That information will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. A performance completion period of 180 days/ 6 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement. The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $ 400,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov ; https://ss1.experian.com/BusinessIQ/login.html ; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation.
