Description

This is a LOT assessment announcement for a Sailor 2025 (S2025) requirement that is being considered for Training Data Products Contract, Functional Area (2), LOT II. As this announcement is provided under the auspices of the Training Data Products Contract (TDPC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), only responses from TDPC Prime contract holders with the FA2 Lot II will be considered. Responses received for this announcement will be utilized by the Contracting Officer to make a TDPC LOT II assignment determination. Any interest in subcontracting opportunities shall be addressed to the TDPC Prime contract holders using the attached TDPC Prime contract holder point of contact list. A Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. To determine FA2 Lot II assessment, the government is requesting interested TDPC FA2, Lot II contractors to provide written responses to items 1-6 below. Responses to the below will be used to support the FA2 Lot II assessment. 1. Describe your companys experience in developing mobile learning content, Instructor Facilitator Interactive Training, and Performance Support products, including but not limited to checklists, decision tables, demo videos, and demo animations. 2. Describe your companys experience in converting hands-on /performance based training to Computer-Based Training, including but not limited to the Navys Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS) 3D. 3. Describe your companys experience in design, development, testing and delivery of training content for use on the Navys electronic Training Network (TRANET). 4. Describe your companys experience in design, development, testing and delivery of 3-D immersive training content, including but not limited to the Navys Multipurpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS) 3Dtm. 5. Describe your companys experience in design, development, testing and delivery of Navy eLearning (NeL) application and content to: a. NeL Test Track (TT) b. NeL Government Content Acceptance Testing (GCAT) 6. Provide evidence that the companys accounting system has been determined adequate and acceptable from a federal government entity for administration of a cost reimbursable type delivery order. Contractors will need to be determined EVMS acceptable prior to award. Interested TDPC FA2 Lot II businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) describing company experience in reference to question listed above. Documentation should be in bullet format. All responses shall include Company Name, Company Address, Company Business Size (NAICS 541330), and Points-of-Contact (POC) including name, phone number, and email address. The required response date is 4:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 21 June 2017. Responses may be delivered by email to micheal.weaver@navy.mil. The magnitude for this action is $75M to $100M. The Government is anticipating an RFP release date in March 2018.
