Certified Cost or Pricing data shall be required for offers on this procurement. Competitive (Full and open or full and open after exclusion of sources) The Technical Data Package (TDP) is for a well-defined spare part and available for release to prospective offerors. The TDP is in an embedded link within the solicitation and the Government will not make the TDP avaialable elsewhere. Only offers that meet the requirements of the Technical Data Package and delivery schedule will be considered for award. Therefore, the only evaluation factor that will support meaningful comparison and discrimination between and among competing proposals is price. Therefore, IAW FAR 15.304(c)(3)(iii), past performance is not an appropriate evaluation factor for this procurement, but will be addressed prior to award in the responsibility determination IAW FAR 9.104.
