- Clauses by reference 52.212-1 Statement of Work Combined Synopsis Solicitation 52.212-1 The 97th Contracting Flight hereby issues the following solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR subpart 13.1, as supplemented, with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation number FA441917Q0031 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 541690 with a size standard of $15.0M. Please ensure that the vendor's SAM information is up to date, active, and reflects the business size under NAICS CODE 541690. Your SAM information has to be correct to be eligible for award.
