- Attachment A - Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment D - Requirements Traceability Matrix Attachment C - Pricing Schedule Attachment B - Past Performance Questionnaire Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number OAS-CAO-R-17-0040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95, effective on January 19, 2017. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: www.acquisition.gov/far. This is a full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The procurement is not covered by the the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
