- Page 1 of 1 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Paint Patient Care Buildings (Project #590-17-104) The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 590-17-104, Paint Patient Care Buildings at the Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton, VA. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is anticipated to be 90 days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed for the entire project. Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS CODE: 238320, with a size standard of $15.0 Million This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in CVE VetBiz in order to be considered. Bidding material/drawings will be available on/about June 23, 2017. The specifications, drawings and any amendments and notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Bids will be due 31 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not an invitation for bids.
