- DRAFT Pricing Exhibits DRAFT Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) The subject announcement is for the posting of a "DRAFT" Request for Proposal (RFP). This draft RFP is being provided to all interested parties in advance of an "OFFICIAL" RFP in order to increase dialogue and communications as it relates to this requirement. The purpose of this draft RFP is to gather additional information and field concerns from prospective offerors as it relates to the structure of this acquisition. All parties are encouraged to ask questions or provide comments as it relates to this draft RFP. All questions relating to this draft RFP shall be directed to the PCO or Contract Specialist identified in this notice. Answers to all questions will be provided in a consolidated response which will be posted back on Fed Biz Ops for all interested parties to see. This draft RFP is provided for informational purposes only. It is subject to change prior to the release of the official RFP. The USG is under no obligation to reimburse any respondent for costs incurred resulting from this notice. The requirements of this effort include the repair and installation of A-18 (NSN 4920-00-431-4246), T-4 (NSN 4920-00-005-8502), T-9 (NSN 4920-01-082-1095), T-10 (NSN 4920-01-127-4640), T-11 (NSN 4920-01-070-2721), T-12 (NSN 4920-01-286-8681), and T-10 Enclosure for T-56 Engines (NSN 4920-01-590-2905) pneumatically and electrically actuated fire suppression systems with the most recent configuration (approved clean agent NOVEC 1230) and all older configurations, and delivery of Technical Orders (T.O.) and Technical Data Packages (T.D.P.) to the Government.
