- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Commodity Operations, International Procurement Division has identified the need for marine cargo survey services in order to witness and examine the unloading of USAID food aid shipments in six different countries. The services will be required in Djibouti, Jordan, Pakistan, South Sudan, Turkey, and Yemen. The requirement is expected to be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in July 2017, under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The RFQ will result in a total of six requirements contracts, one contract for each country. Performance is estimated to begin in October of 2017 with option periods to extend services through September of 2022. Interested parties shall be responsible for ensuring they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition.
