- Brand Name or Equal Hydrostatic Test Pump and accessories. UNAUTHORIZED WORK PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall not perform work that deviates from contract requirements and specification. If the Contractor deviates from contract requirements and specification without approval of the CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR/CONTRACTING OFFICER, such deviation shall be at the risk of the Contractor and any cost related thereto shall be borne by the Contractor.
