- Description
- The Naval Special Warfare intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to SOFware LLC, 2888 Loker Ave East, Carlsbad, CA. 92010 to provide on-site technical software support of the FORGE assessment and selection software. The software was previously purchased and is currently in use within system infrastructure. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)13.106-1 (b)(1)(i) "Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available" SOFware LLC is the proprietary developer and sole distributer of FORGE assessment and selection software and the only ones authorized to provide on-site technical support on their software products. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not notify respondents of the results of the information received. Interested parties may identify their interest to this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement, proposal or quotation. Response can be email to josephine.ocampo@vb.socom.mil. All responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm, 19 Jun'17. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor.
