Description

The Network 10 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting an RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about 21 June 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Residential Transitional Housing Services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46806, NAICS Code 624229, size standard $15 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide Residential Transitional Housing Services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System. Contractor(s) must be located in Grant, Blackford, Jay, Randolph, Delaware, Henry, Madison, and/or Howard counties. The contractor shall be required to provide transportation services to the VA beneficiaries at no cost to the Veteran. The period of performance is 12 months after date of Award with Four (4) 12 month option years, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
