- Characteristics and Quantities Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Carson is seeking sources with the capability of manufacturing Cross Country Skis and Bindings to the following attached specifications. Interested firms must reference their 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned, Service Disability Veteran-Owned, small business or large business status that must be signed by a company official with authority to bind the company. In addition, provide CAGE Code, DUNS number, a brief capability statement and verify that the company can manufacture the above requirement. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 252.204-7004 Alternate A, System For Award Management (SAMS), if doing business with the Federal Government they must be registered in SAMS. Lack of registration in the SAMS will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. All businesses capable of providing this requirement are invited to respond by 22 June 2017 at 4:00pm MT.
