- Exhibit Statement of Work Sources Sought request to determine the interest and feasibility of potential vendors capable of providing allergy testing reagents and testing equipment to the Department of Pathology, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This synopsis is for information purposes and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the US Government, nor will the US Government pay for information solicited. NOTE: This is not a request for proposal. No solicitation exists at this time. WAMC is conducting a market research survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified businesses to fulfill the requirement. Interested businesses responding to this market research survey must provide a written response that the business can meet the requirement noted below and meet the requirements noted in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Exhibit. REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include, but not limited to, all reagents, testing systems, equipment, personnel, transportation, materials, supervision, maintenance of all equipment, training, and all other items and services necessary in order to provide allergy testing. See the attached SOW that outlines the basics of the requirement and the attached Exhibit for a listing of reagents and additional requirement. Please submit all information to Mr. Lonnie Robinson (Lonnie.k.robinson.civ@mail.mil) by 4:00 PM EST, June 22, 2017. No telephone calls will be accepted.
