- THIS IS AN INFORMATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSAL AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) would like to thank you for your interest in the pending solicitation, RFP No.TIRNO-17-R-00012 entitled, "Managed Print Services(MPS)". We would like to update you on the milestones dates for the MPS solicitation, by providing the below estimated schedule of events; Solicitation Release: On or about June 26, 2017 Questions Due: July 6, 2017 Proposal's Due: July 26, 2017 Estimated Award: September 29, 2017 Due to a very aggressive schedule, the proposal due date WILL NOT be extended. Please note that the dates are only estimates and are subject to change daily. In addition, the above schedule in no way obligates or binds the Government to release a solicitation or to enter into a contract agreement with your organization. The primary purpose of this special notice is informational and to assist your organization in better planning your time to fulfill an existing Government requirement. Posting of this notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for information and materials received in response to notice. All responses to this notice become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
