- SF-33 Janitorial Services Solicitation Department of State, AF Posts, American Embassy Kigali, Rwanda Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for the providing of Janitorial Services at the U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda.The estimated number of square meters is 12054.The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months from the date of award, with four twelve-month option periods at the discretion of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date, please see the RFP for actual date. Prospective Offerors are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required prior to award in accordance with provision 52-204-7, System for Award Management and offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittals of proposals.
