- Amendment No. 0001 The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) Yuma Area Office has a Commercial Item supply acquisition to fabricate 8 generator enclosed surface air cooler heat exchangers that are an exact copy of the heat exchangers currently operating at Parker Dam. The generator enclosed surface air cooler shall be delivered to Parker Dam, Highway 95, Parker Dam CA 92267. The solicitation will be issued under a Request for Quotation R17PS00703, small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332410 - Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 Employees, Product Service Code 4130 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Components. This requirement will be solicited and awarded using the method outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fedbizopps.gov) website. The extent of the required items will be described in the solicitation when it is posted on or about June 6, 2017. Quotes will be due on or about June 27, 2017. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted. All interested parties are responsible for checking the FBO website to ensure that they have the most current information. Offerors are required to have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award. Offerors must register in SAM at http://www.sam.gov.
