Attachment 1 is the combined synopsis and solicitation notice. Attachment 2 is the statement of work. To receive reference 2.1 (NAVSEA DWG 597-5763538) of the statement of work, complete and return to the government POC attachment 3 (Non-disclosure agreement). Reference 2.2 (ASTM A148) and other ASTMs must be procured separately at contractor's expense.
