- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit the requirement for the Maritime Security Helmets and award up to 2 firm-fixed price Multiple Award Contracts. The resultant contract will contain provisions for firm fixed price orders requiring the delivery of Maritime Security Helmets (MSH) with installed padding and retention systems. Additional padding and retention systems will also be procured as spare/replacement parts. The contract will contain a base ordering period of 12 months and four option ordering periods of one year each, for a total ordering period of five years if all options are exercised. First Article Testing and Approval will be required upon award. Estimated quantities per ordering period are as follows: Base Year: First Article Testing: Qty: 18 Medium MSH Qty: 8 X-Large MSH Qty: 2 MSH Retention Systems Base Year Production Lot: Qty: 2000 Medium MSH Qty: 2000 X-Large MSH Qty: 500 MSH Retention Systems Qty: 500 MSH Pad Sets Option Year 1: Qty: 2000 Medium MSH Qty: 2000 X-Large MSH Qty: 1000 MSH Retention Systems Qty: 1000 MSH Pad Sets Option 2: Qty: 2000 Medium MSH Qty: 2000 X-Large MSH Qty: 3000 MSH Retention Systems Qty: 3000 MSH Pad Sets Option 3: Qty: 2000 Medium MSH Qty: 2000 X-Large MSH Qty: 4000 MSH Retention Systems Qty: 4000 MSH Pad Sets Option 4: Qty: 2000 Medium MSH Qty: 2000 X-Large MSH Qty: 4000 MSH Retention Systems Qty: 4000 MSH Pad Sets This purchase shall be 100% small business set aside. The MSHs will be delivered to various locations which will be delineated in applicable delivery orders.
