- SOW v2 (2017-06-15) Drawing Main Unit v2 (2017-06-15) RFIs 1-18 (2017-06-15) X-POT-Range-Brochure Contractor shall complete this project within one hundred ninety (190) calendar days of award. Installation is to be scheduled with the government POC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This purchase request number F1Y3DA7061AW01 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $15M. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 - Purchase and install new Air Handler Unit Bldg 340 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to purchase and install all the item identified in the attached Statement of Work. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable award. Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics of this solicitation mentioned above. Site Visit Information: A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on Friday, 9 June 2017 at 10:00 AM Moutain Time (MT) at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. All attendees who do not have access to F.E. Warren Air Force Base please meet at the Visitors Center, Gate 1, exit 11 off Interstate 25 at 09:30 AM MT for escort (Ensure you have driver's license, current vehicle registration and insurance).
