Description
The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Tape, Pressure Sensitive to be shipped to the Norfolk, Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes is 322230 (Stationery Product Manufacturing) and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The contract line item is as follows: CLIN 0001: Tape, Pressure Sensitive, 5,202 Rolls PREMIUM GRADE NUCLEAR 60 YDS (55M) LENGTH X 2" (48MM) WIDE X 0.013 MILS THICK ASME NQA-1, ANSI N045.2.2, NRC GUIDE 1.38 S/L: 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT (4-C0) QTY: 5502 UI: RO QA: 3 NSN: 7510-LL-L07-0006 ITEM NAME: TAPE, PRESSURE SENSITIVE Ordering Data: A. CLOTH, BACKING B. ADHESIVE ON EACH SIDE C. 2" INCH X 0.0130 INCH THICK (13 MIL) X 60 YARDS D. COLOR ----- GLOSS, OPAQUE, RED 31136 FED STD 595 E. CORE DIA. 3" F. PC-624 - 2" (RED) In order to pass NNSY receipt inspection (RI), the vendor must provide all chemical and mechanical lab test reports for each batch number received. However, if a copy of the report has been previously supplied and a report is on file, it is not a requirement to send another copy with each order. The chemical test data should include chlorine, florine, bromide and iodine levels. The mechanical test data must include adhesion, adhesion to backing (ATB), tensile, strength, gauge and date of manufacture. The solicitation number will be SPMYM117Q0040. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 15 June 2017 and close on 22 June 2017 and responses may be faxed to the attention of Jessica Hedgepeth at fax number 757-396-9447 or emailed to her at jessica.gonzales@dla.mil.
