- Requirement for Trackpad Software STATEMENT OF WORK The purpose of the extended software support is to provide software updates and support for technical problems, call center assistance and repair of hand held scanners. The vendor shall provide technical assistance to allow for proper utilization of the software for an additional 4 years (base year + four (4) option years). The software is UPS Trackpad® Desktop Software License, 1 site and UPS Trackpad® HPC Enterprise License (capped at 40 handhelds) and the hardware is Motorola MC75a Kit 801.22A/B/G BT 2D Imager Qwerty KYPD Std Battery, Data Logic GD4130 Gryphon USB Scanner with 6 ft. Cable PSC Powerscan RF Scanner,Base Station, Wall Mount & USB 6 ft Cable (KIT) Zebra ZP-450 Thermal Bar Code Label Printer - USB. Vendor shall install and configure Trackpad software version 5.3 at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth VA. The vendor shall make arrangements to coordinate with MMD Department to ensure a timely and seamless effect to the customer. MMD POC is Charles Lovell, 757-953-7553. Vendor shall provide support during normal work hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) Monday - Friday except Federal Holidays. Software License Existing Trackpad Licenses: F17BF075039 Software shall be maintained for two additional years (base year + one option year) · Single site requires Trackpad 5.3 software is used · UPS Trackpad® HPC Enterprise License (capped at 40 handhelds) Business Rules Trackpad will connect to the Access database on the network or the standalone client. Business rules are support and maintain by the UPS PSI solution group · Configure and customize UPS Delivery information capture fields o Setup Carrier Tracking number field o Carrier Name and Service Level o PO and reference information o Ship From Name · Configure and customize receiving information capture fields o Setup Tracking number field o Recipient Name o Recipient Signature Scope of Work Vendor shall be responsible for aqssiting and training at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth 620 John Paul Jones Circle Portsmouth, VA 23708 Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth IT will need to provide access to computers where the Trackpad Client software is installed. · Vemdor Developer will do all work on site. · Complete Installation and functionality of Trackpad 5.3 on a client workstation. · Provide UPS-PSI login access to the local or network shared drive to setup the Trackpad folder. · Customer provides a shared folder to map UPS Trackpad · Setup custom fields with inbound and delivery to match customer's business needs. Setup Desktop scanners (both RF and corded) · Setup printer to generate barcode to generate labels. · Test Implementation and software functionality using client testing plan.
