Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 2304, the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office - Central (RHCO-C), San Antonio, TX, intends to issue a sole source award to Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) to purchase Health Information Exchange (HIE) services within the state of Colorado. This contract will be for twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve-month option periods supporting Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. The Government requires access to PatientCare 360, which is proprietary to CORHIO and specific for this service. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer; Mr. Troy L. Davis, troy.l.davis1.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
