- RFI LMR Subscriber This RFI is a source sought requesting information to determine interest and potential solutions to provide the Department of Justice (DOJ) for Land Mobile Radio (LMR)Subscriber Radio units. The Contracting Officer on the posting is Andrew J. Stickley. For the purposes of questions, Tammy J. Clark should be copied to all correspondence up unto Government response as a back-up to the Contracting Officer.
