- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of the VAMC BLACK HILLS, 113 Comanche Rd., Fort Meade, SD 57741, contemplates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the Repair of Misc. Sanitary Sewer Lines. The performance period will start at time of contract award for 60 days. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). The applicable NAICS Code is 237110: WATER AND SEWER LINE AND RELATED STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTION. The small business size standard is $36.5 million. This requirement is subject to a 100% Set-Aside for SDVOSB competition. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their quotations. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, vehicles, and management required to fulfill the Statement of Work. The tentative issue date for any actual solicitation is on or about 20 June 2017. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, regularly to obtain possible amendments. All parties must obtain all notices and amendments to the solicitation through this web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal instructions outlined in the solicitation. Proposals will be due not less than 10 days after the issuance of any solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as-a-result of this notice. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No questions will be answered in regards to this notice.
