- Statement of Work The Government intends to solicit and procure wood floor refinishing services. The objective of this procurement effort is to refinish the wood floors at the fitness center on the Whiteman AFB. 1. It is anticipated that the effort will be awarded under small business set-aside. 2. Anticipated Source Selection Procedures: Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) resulting in the best value for the government. 3. All responsive offerors, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. 4. Anticipated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) 5. The solicitation will result in one award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract 6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330. 7. The small business size standard is $15 million. 8. The magnitude for this requirement is less than $25,000.00. 9. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). 10. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). 11. The resulting contract period of performance will be 45 days after award. 12. Place of Contract Performance: Whiteman AFB, Missouri 13. The Government anticipates releasing the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) on or after April 30 Jun, 2017 under solicitation number FA4625-17-R-0019. Once posted it is the interested parties' responsibility to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. 14. Paper copies will not be made available. 15. Estimated Award Date: On or about 30 Jul, 2017 16. Nothing in this pre-solicitation announcement shall qualify the RFP. The RFP will contain current information regarding competition, set-aside, source selection technique, evaluation factors, etc. Any change to the RFP will be by amendment. 17.
